I have a quick question. When a user sets up a Live Meeting with for example 5 different attendees and sets one of them up to be a presenter. User then sends the calendar appointment and when it comes to the meeting everyone joins except the organiser who is a PA so has no reason to join, the user she selects as a presenter is just a normal attendee and isn't made a presenter.
I have recreated her MAPI profile, reinstalled the Conferencing addins for Outlook and ran fixmapi.exe and disabled her Communications support in AD and enabled again, still no joy.
I also meet the same problem on my OCS2k7 Enterprise edition with consolidated deployment. I have tried to use office 2003 or office 2k7 and communicator with latest patch. Is any problem solved this problem.
