    Hi! I go to the Settings tab, and even though Windows Update is ON, PP2 did not get installed. Is there a way to manually install it? When I try to manually update, it works for about a minute, then I get a dialog, which states:
    WHS upates installation can not complete. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please restart the server.

    Have you restarted the server, as requested? And what version numbers show in the Settings window, Resources view?
    I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)

    Thanks for your help Ken. Yes, I have restarted the server. The version numbers are:

    WHS with Power Pack 1

    Version info:
    WHS Console: 6.0.1800.0
    WHS backup and Restore: 6.0.1800.36
    WHS Drive Extender: 6.0.1800.24
    WHS Remote Access: 6.0.1800.0
    WHS Storage Manager: 6.0.1800.24

    The machine is a HP MediaSmart Server, FWIW.

    Those are the correct pre-PP2 numbers.  Do you have any add-ins/apps installed?  Is there anything in the event logs on the server (hopefully more info)?  If not, you will probably need to file a bug report on Connect.
