Error on VS2015 internal.

Question

While building and running a proj on VS2015. It occasionally gave error that it cannot copy executable EXE from some
location to the other, and sometimes it didn't.

If you think it's a build problem you could try here.
Or if a windows ntfs permissions issue I'd try over here.
