I have finished MCSA two years ago, and i used to see my information using the MCP Member website using my Hotmail account, now it keeps asking about access code and MC ID
how i can get access to my account?

Your MC ID is the same as your MCP ID.
You can reset your access code here https://mcp.microsoft.com/Authenticate/ResetAccessCode/ResetAccessCode.aspx
