I hope somebody can help me. We have deployed OCS 2007 as a pilot setup with a Dialogic DMG4120 and an Alcatel 4400. The Dialogic is inbetween the OCS and the Alcatel. The Alcatel is the brakeout to the PSTN. When I call from my Tanjay to an internal number, I sometimes get noise peeks during (high frequency) the alarm tone.
I already contacted Dialogic. We recorded the sound signals that the Alcatel sends to the Dialogic Gateway. The peeks aren´t in that recording although I heard them on the Tanjay during the recording.
I don´t hear the peeks when I call from a PC to an internal number via headset. When I call to the PSTN Network there is a different alarm tone played back. I also hear the peeks on the tanjay with a headset, loduspeaker or handset.
