Installing Office Professional from the Microsoft Action pack

  I want to install Office Professional Plus 2010 from my Microsoft Action pack on to a laptop that has Windows 7 Home edition preinstalled on it.  If I install Win7 Professional from the MAP on to this laptop will I then be able to install Office 2010 on top?
