Buttons not working in CRM 2015 Outlook client RRS feed

  • I have this strange problem where no user in an organisation (even administrators) can't click the new Account, Contact or Lead buttons in the CRM Outlook client. The button is visible and enabled but nothing happens when clicked. The CRM Activity button is working. Any suggestions to why this is and what can be done about it? Thank you.
