Unable to connect to internet when firewall is enabled.

Question
-
I'm unable to connect to internet when OC V2.0 firewall is enabled (not the windows). Mine is a Vista x86 which has internet connectivity. Does anyone know which port(s) should be added as exception (It was kind of strange because when I opened IE7 for first time, once care ballon showed me that IE is added to safe list and I could see it in exceptions tab too) .If I disable OC firewall it works again. Any insight is much appreciated.
-Thanks

If you have installed Windows Live OneCare, the XP Firewall has been disabled. If you have Norton Antivirus or firewall installed, remove them as they are likely the cause of your problem. Never run two firewalls or antivirus products together.
If your anti-spyware program is active in that it is monitoring activity all the time, disable or remove it. Use only a scan on demand type of protection - meaning you initiate the scan. Once again, an active scanner will cause conflicts and unexpected behavior.
