Is it possible to use my WHS as a Proxy Server? I'm currently overseas, and I'd like to access some content that is only available in the UK.

The method that I'm using is to install Cygwin, which includes Linux Secure Shell (SSH). Once SSH is working you can connect to your WHS box remotely and use it as a proxy server. For details, search for "WHS + SSH" on Google.
