Email Router - Tracking Emails RRS feed

  • My customer sometimes needs to send and email out and track it using a POP3 mail account that is not their main email account. In Outlook their main account is an Exchange Server account but they also have a POP3 mail account set up in the same Outlook profile.  I have set up the CRM email router on the server with both an incoming and outgoing profile for the POP3 account and this tests OK. Using CRM with the browser and not Outlook I can send email to an external user but when I reply the CRM does not seem to pick up that the tracked email. I am not sure if I am approaching the problem the wrong way or if I have not set it up properly. Any assistance would be appreciated
