Incoming mail not getting through RRS feed

  • My ISP is Virgin, and my email is on @blueyonder.co.uk.  I have been using the Virgin web mail client.  I have started using Live mail, and everything worked fine to begin with.  But two things have happened at the same time - just this week:

    • Some of my incoming email is not getting to my Live Mail inbox - i get it on the Virgin web mail client, but not on Live Mail
    • Hyper-links (URLs) included in mails are not working - when I click on them I get a pop-up saying that the link won't work (it works from the body of the email if I read it in the Virgin web email client.

    Any clues about what might be happening?  What I could do to fix this?
