Custom Entity Missing in Outlook RRS feed

  • I've created a custom entity through CRM Customization tools.  I have checked the entity to be visible from the Sales and Marketing folders, and can view the entity and it's record from the web interface of CRM.  However, when I log into Outlook, the entity is not visible from the Marketing or Sales folder.  I have shut down Outlook, and rebooted the computer, and it still is not visible.

    Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

  • If you don't have the CRM Outlook Client offline app installed, try reconfiguring the the CRM Outlook app through the Configuration Wizard and see if you get a different result.
