Windows 7 not genuine

Question
-
My Windows 7 came pre-installed on my PC. Suddenly it's "not genuine". Not sure if related but I always have 2 updates each time I shut down. I have only a limited understanding of computing and need a simple explanation/solution to the problem. Diagnostic report follows.

The bold entries above from your report indicate that there may be a file corruption issue or other interference such as a disabled service.
First, type services.msc in the search box of the start menu, double click on it and scroll down to a service called software protection insure it is running and set to delayed start, then check the SPP notification service, insure it is running and set to manual.
If you had to start or enable either or both of those service then reboot and go to www.microsoft.com/genuine ant attempt to validate. If it fails or the services did not require any changes then continue to the next paragraph.
Type cmd in the search box of the start menu, right click on the icon that appears and select run as administrator. At the prompt type SFC /SCANNOW and follow the prompts, reboot if neccesary and let us know of any errors or messages you recieve. After rebooting visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and attempt to validate.
if that does not work try the following
Type system restore in the search box, click on the relulting program, follow the wizards instructions to restore, choose a restore point prior to your non-genuine status by at least a day or two.
If that does not work go to the following link and start a no cost support incident. http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactwga
