IE7 startup problem

Hello I just recently installed IE7 on my WinXP Home laptop. Everytime I launch IE ever since it was installed it loads: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=74005 But then i get a error page cannot be found webpage. I am connected to the internet and i have changed my homepage. Any other website i type in works. I would just like to get rid of the default startup page and use my homepage. Any Ideas?
