  • Question

  • Cancel this subscription.... how do I successfully accomplish this?

Do Not want the auto renewal.... want to cancel.

I just picked a forum option to get to someone who can help me cancel this subscription....

I guess a credit card cancellation for the auto renewal to bounce back is the best way to get someone to assist.

  • There is no subscription for Windows Home Server so this is the wrong forum for that question. If you are talking about a Microsoft product, try at answers.microsoft.com

  • Hi,

I am not sure what service you have subscribed.

As Phil said that this is the forum about Windows Home Server. I would recommend you to website where you have done the subscription and contact the supporter there. Or, post on corresponding product/service’s forum for support.

  • I did NOT give them permission to renew my subscription and I'm getting really tired of companies helping themselves to renewals. I"m contacting the FTC.

  • Good, Please Do.  And Next time choose a different company.  Microsoft is more interested in beign like apple then providing services too their actual company's.  Its getting bad, and their anti-competitive actions are getting more brazen.  I hope they get sued AGAIN by the US Justice Department for abusive Monopolistic practices.  So I encourage you, write your representatives and inform them of all your problems with this company.  Also suggest to them that you want the U.S. Government to stop using proprietary software and only use Open Source.
