How can I deactivate the Windows Experience Index? RRS feed

  • Whenever I change the OS of my PC, and the Windows Experience Index is 0, everything works just fine. But after a few days, that the Windows Experience Index is activated automatically, everything becomes a disaster: my TV is choppy, any audio or video in the Media Player is choppy, all the YouTube videos are choppy. This is the example of how everything gets messed up:
