Since you bought the DVD from the Virgin MefaStore, we can assume that it's genuine - it's merely your 'tech's' practices which appear to be routinely fraudulent.
Your Windows package in which the DVD came has the Proof of License sticker on a card inside the box - this is the Key you need.
The package itself and the DVD will give instructions on how to install - you should pick the 'clean/custom' option.

Parts of the MGADiag report are missing.Your installation is fraudulent. The Activation requirements have been circumvented by a hacker's tool - and the result is that the system integrity is compromised. For what version and edition of Windows is the computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case??
Noel Paton | Nil Carborundum Illegitemi | CrashFixPC | The Three-toed SlothMonday, April 16, 2012 8:50 PMModerator -
Thank you for the reply.
Where may I find the COA STICKER?
I have installed this version of windows (windows 7 home premium ) before and had no such problem. However, recently I had to reinstall it and someone else did it for me. After installing the windows on my laptop he proceeded to place a strange cd on my computer which he later explained that it was to install all the drivers for the computer such as winrar, etc...and i immediately told him it was not necessary and he then removed it. After taking the computer home i did a full computer scan and realized that there were viruses (trojans) on my system which then led me to download MALWAREBYTES which removed the viruses. I know for sure that the viruses came from the strange cd because my copy of windows is original.
I bought this copy of windows 7 home premium from the Virgin Megastore and as previously mentioned did not have a problem with it in the past. I do suspect that the individual did do something with his strange cd. Or might have possibly installed something else.
Please, what could I do to fix this problem. Reinstall the operating system? or must i automatically buy another product code? Furthermore, is there anyway undue the hackers tool?
Thank you in advance.

That all looks fine now -You should install Service Pack 1 as soon as possible - and a decent Anti-Virus immediately!Good luck!
