Invalid Tech Net license key

  Hi, I have purchased Tech Net for the last three years and now it would appear that my license keys are no longer valid.  I tried to renew this year for the lower price series, a renewal of 149.95 but they renewed it at 249.95 and it went over my credit card limit so I requested a refund.  I am willing to pay the $199.95 price if I get new keys and if my current keys will be validated again.   The offering of the Tech Net software plainly says that the keys are valid and are good forever, what gives with this?
