  • Hi Fernando,

At this point without further information, it is difficult to guess the problem. Few suggestions though:

    1) Read the manual and set up guide for Importing NonProfit Template to CRM. See whether there are requirements you missed.

    2) Since it is CRM online so you cannot yourself turn on tracing and have access to SQL Profiler. Please call Microsoft CRM online support team, they are very helpful. they can turn dev errors on for you. This can provide you some insight to what went wrong.

    3) If you have access to the CRM on-premises in your company, then try importing it there. See what happens.

    4) If nothing else works then contact Microsoft CRM online support team and ask their advise why it is not importing.

I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.

  • Hello Ashish,

Thank you for your help. I have not been able to find any specific instructions for importing the NonProfit template. Do you know any ?

I will keep the question open in case someone has another idea.

    Thanks,

    Fernando

  • Hello Ashish,

I researched some more and I found a suggestion in another question to try importing the solution  ZIP file directly. I tried this from a server on the cloud into CRM Online and this worked.

Even though I have a good connection speed, it seems that my computer may be old enough to be preventing the upload or something similar.

I checked you page, great to meet you !
