During Microsoft Update cannot install "Meldingen van Office Genuine Advantage (KB949810) nl" RRS feed

  • Question

  • During Microsoft update, it tries to install "Meldingen van Office Genuine Advantage (KB949810) nl". And this install fails. I am using a legal Office Professional 2010 now. A month ago I have upgraded from an illegal office2003 professional.

How can I solve this problem? Because it looks like this update failure is blocking all further windows and office updates.

  • Hello, yo_c

The report is not showing that Office is installed so you may need to reinstall it. Additionally, ensure that the previous version of Office has been completely removed.

If reinstalling Office doesn’t help, I would advise you to contact the WGA support team at the link below.
