The version of Windows installed on this PC is a Volume License of XP Professional. The Key has been blocked - probably for abuse. It is NOT an OEM version. If you look at your COA Sticker, for what Version and Edition of Windows is the system Licensed?

You canot simply 'key-in' your OEM Key (assuming it's even a valid key)
Please answer the question I asked - "If you look at your COA Sticker, for what Version and Edition of Windows is the system Licensed?"
If you compare your OEM Key with the visible parts of the key in the report - are they the same? If so, then you have been sold a counterfeit copy of Windows, and need to attempt to claim a refnd from teh vendor.

I do not know how to see the version and there is stated XP Professional , the sticker is full of codes.
I will check with my vendor and ask them claim back. Thank you.

Try using the Windows Product Key Update Tool.
