  I cannot send mail my mail says scanning outgoing mail but my mail just sets in my out box.

  I add to my e-mail,  e-mail me if you get this and no one emails me back I did check with the people and they all say they didn’t receive it. I also sends the e-mail to myself and didnot receive any.
