Disappearing service activities RRS feed

  • I have a couple of users that state that they create a service activity and when they go back to update it it's gone (many times in the same day). I enabled the audit for the service activity entity but it's almost useless for this. I can see when one of the users has created a service activity and when she deleted a service activity but I can't tell if it's the service activity in question. Once the activity has been deleted the audit record can't point to a deleted occurrence.  I must say it's a very poor design. We are using CRM 2011 Online. How do I debug something like this?
