Bing apps not wroking

  HELLO,

  I am using HP 15 Notebook PC with windows 8 (preinstalled). Recently i updated to windows 8.1 by the time there is a problem in using bing apps.

  Apps like bing health & fitness,news,sports,finance,travel,food & drinks etc are not launching properly. At times they work fine but randomly they dont launch and the start screen i.e., the tiles starts coming.

  When swapped between the apps their start screen can be seen but the app dosent open, also a black screen also comes in the swapped apps.

  I have reinstalled them too but of no use.

  Hoping for a quick response.
