Not genuine valid windows version? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have been running windows fine on my dell inspiron 9400 but after a recent windows update download i started getting a not genuine message on every boot up. I have visited the microsoft site and they tell me my version is ok but i still get a little star on my taskbar telling me i "may be a victim of software counterfeiting". How can i remove it?
