Why is there a new forum full of "coming soon" posts?

This forum has just been created in the SharePoint set

Some "person" has just posted a mass of discussion type posts there and all the ones that I have opened contain the two words "Coming Soon" and absolutely nothing else.

I have already posted to that forum complaining about that (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepointbetaknowledgearticles/thread/0e70a5b9-dc2e-4a73-b4b6-e2bd4b90db1d) but I'd like to ask here just what MS are thinking of by misusing forums in this way.

Firstly the forums are for Technical Q+A not a dumping place for articles on a product.
Secondly if an Info post needs to be posted it should contain INFO not "coming soon".
Thirdly place-holders like "coming soon" are irritating enough in TechNet pages. There is no need to spread this disease to the forums.

Please remove this forum and the guy who has posted all these empty posts there. Or at least remove all the posts he has made and either get rid of him or give him some education on what forums are for.

Update from my side:

I have received a completely clear but equally unsatisfactory reply in that forum and have commented in detail there. (See URL in my original post)

In short this is a forum which he says is for TAP users of a beta System Center Management piece of software which only TAP users have access to, so what it is doing as part of the SharePoint set of forums for normal users is completely beyond me.

The fact that forums are not the place for technical articles - especially empty ones - is of course another key point.
