TabChanging in mouseover

Hi guys
,
Maybe it's stupid but i would like to ask if someone can tell me how can be managed a tab changing in mouse over event like it is managed in Microsoft homepage

You can see there how the tab changes when you go with mouse over the menus "Highlights", "Latest Releases"...etc.
I want to make something like that on my site.
if there is a sample code, any control that i can use or anything else that can help, any help would be appreciated.
