off topic - MSN account - windows live prevents me from downloading an attachment in my email RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • I had to hire a service to fix my cell phone. They sent me an email at my work address of my receipt# that I must use to contact them. I emailed this to my msn account. When I try to open this email windows live gives me the following message 'Windows Live Hotmail has blocked some attachments in this message because they appear to be unsafe'. I created the file and know the file is safe. It also will not let me forward the email to another address to open it. When I try to forward it, it will not forward it for the same reason. It will not let me save it either. It is imperative I get this information. I have been laid off my job and no longer have access to the original email and need to this email to notify this other company of my email address change + I need to have my cell phone fixed for job hunting purposes also.
