First of all, you are off topic for where you posted. This forum is for the former subscription product, Windows Live OneCare.
There is no legitimate security product called Internet Security Essentials. There are many, many scam security programs out there that pretend to be legitimate. You've apparently been duped by one of them.
There is a legitimate program called Microsoft Security Essentials, but there is no trial version. it is a full security product and it is free.
This may help:

This is the download link for the real Microsoft Security Essentials:

If you installed the real MSE, which you didn't, and need to remove it:

Since it is a fake and it *is* the infection, contact support for your actual security software, that you didn't name, or you can start here:
https://consumersecuritysupport.microsoft.com/ or here:
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/cu_sc_virsec_master?ws=support#tab0
for help and support for malware infections.
If you are in North America, you can call 866-727-2338 for free help
from Microsoft for virus and spyware infections.
In other regions not served by the link above, go here:
http://Support.microsoft.com/security
and go to the “assisted support” or contact us menu.
