Importing Address 2 via Data Migration Frameowrk, but addresses do not appear in MSCRM RRS feed

  • Question

  • We imported contacts and accounts into MSCRM 3.0 using the Data Migration Framework.  We mapped address data values to their corresponding address2_* fields in the cdf_account and cdf_contact tables, and specified 'Other' as addresstypecodename (we specified 'Primary' as addresstypecodename for address1 values).  In the 'Cleanse CDF Data' stpe of the DMF, when it came to mapping address2 types, the only variable that appeared was 'Default Value'.

The import completed successfully, and the customeraddressbase table contains address2 values as expected.  However, from the MSCRM UI, only 'Primary' address values appear; the 'Additional Address' entity is empty.  When we manually add an address through the Additional Address' entity, it appears as expected in the list window.  And when we look in the customeraddressbase table, we see all addresses; in terms of data fields being populated, it appears that the 'missing' address records are populated the same as the 'displaying' address records.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?

  • Hi,

Address 1 and Address 2 are basically appear in contact or account entity and not in Additional Addresses. At the database level, yes they are still stored in customeraddress table.

Let us know if you are able to solve the problem.
