Trying to download Windows Defender RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to download Windows Defender, but when I try to validate, I get this page http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/TryAgain.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=435BFCE7-DA2B-4A6A-AFA4-F7F14E605A0D&Error=93&sGuid=95d2ec4c-01bd-4357-980b-7da9a4b37f32, and if I click the Validate Again button, I get this page http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/AutomaticUpdates.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=435BFCE7-DA2B-4A6A-AFA4-F7F14E605A0D&Error=99&sGuid=95d2ec4c-01bd-4357-980b-7da9a4b37f32.

    Please help.

  • Hi Bubba,

I also suggest going to www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag, and click the “Start Diagnostic" button. If the tool finds any issues, click the "Resolve Now" button and follow the directions listed.

And, yes, please post the Full Diagnostic report.
