Windows 7 Professional won't accept product key

Question
-
I got a product code for Windows 7 Professional N whilst at university via Dreamspark. That was about 9 months ago, I've installed Windows 7 Professional 64bit on my new PC from the iso on Digitalriver, but it won't accept the key. I rang the phone activation number and gave the product key and he confirmed it was valid, but I was cut off when he put me on hold to speak to technical support. Here's the diagnostic report

A product key for Windows 7 Professional N edition will only work with Windows 7 Professional N installation media. It will not work with a "none N" edition of Windows 7 Professional.

Thanks a lot, I didn't realise it was a specifically different version of windows. Just looking for the right iso to download, I have the option of Windows 7 Professional N x64 RTM and Windows 7 Professional N x64 SP1 U (media refresh), what's the difference?Thursday, October 23, 2014 9:15 AM

One includes Service Pack 1 integrated and the other does not.
