Setting an invoice as paid RRS feed

    Is it possible ( and if so how ) , to be able to add the payment details to an invoice record when the user marks the invoice as paid. Ie When a user clicks the invoice paid, i need to have the paid date, payment method (option Set ) , and reference ( ie cheque Number or "DDcollection"

    Any help would be very useful

  • Hi,

    Why not just add a section by the name Payment Details with all the payment related fields. Hide it if you want by default, When it is marked as invoice paid--> Show the section and make the fields mandatory using Javascript.
