The windows installed on this machine is utilizing what is called a loader, a loader is a boot loader that hijacks the boot process long enough to insert a special bios marker into memory and then it passes the boot process off to windows. The purpose of the loader is to emulate the OEM SLIC bios marker that is required for the activation of major OEM installations of MS operating systems. Your HP/Compaq computer has an emulated Dell SLIC, WAT has recognized this and flagged the installation as non-genuine.

Please look on the bottom of your laptop or inside the batter compartment for a COA sticker, it will have a product key on it (do not post it or share it), it will also state what version of windows is supposed to be installed. you will need to do one of the following.

    1. Restore using the OEM provided restoration image that is located on the hard drive, read the manual to find the restoration procedure. However it is possible that the image was deleted and a restoration in this manner will be impossible.
    2. If the image has been deleted you can use the OEM restoration DVD media to restore, if it was not provided or has been lost you will need to order it from the OEM.
    3. Take it to a shop and ask them to install windows using the product key on the COA sticker, you must then activate by phone.

If your computer is supposed to have Vista or XP on it, or there is no restoration media/coa key and none is available you can purchase a windows 7 WGA "get genuine" license by clicking on the resolve now link.

Not to pile on but you also have a blocked VLK for office, your office is non-genuine and will need to be replaced with a genuine product.
