Unable to Login CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    I am using CRM 2011 in IFD mode,  i am using the same system from past 10 months, but from now, when one of the user trying to login into the system he is getting the error message page shown below :

    I have also checked the event log, but nothing found helpful. For the rest of all users system is working.

    Suggest me, how i can resolve this issue.

  • Has the user got an entry in their hosts file for the same URL that's redirecting them elsewhere?

    Sometimes, we get a 404 message when the person trying to log on is not a registered user on the system.

  • 1. Use the same account to test in other workstation.

    2. Check the host file in his workstation, see if it binds to wrong url

    3. Check if the user has any proxy settings or settings which may not able to access the CRM and ADFS url

    You can install a fiddler on his workstation to check wihch url returns 404, adfs or CRM url.

  • 1 - check if you can access the CRM on the server.

    1.2 - check if you can open it on the network

    2- check on the IIS/Deployiment Manager the mappings for the CRM dns
