would anyone be able to assist me in answering the following questions? I have contacted Microsoft Technical Support centre on numerous occasions and they have stated I post my questions on here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I wanted to know the following answers:
How is confidentiality ensured on Outlook.com? What sort of Encryption techniques are applied to ensure data is safe?
How is do you ensure maximum availability? e.g do you have Reduced redundancy storage in place?
How is data deleted by Microsoft?
Who has access to the data?
What are the SLA put into place to ensure added capacity is guaranteed for peak usage?
Where does data reside? and How do Microsoft ensure back is maintained securely in geographical separated locations?
