Validation says my copy of Windows 7 is not genuine

Question
-
I purchased an Alienware m15 from Dell in August 2010 with Windows 7 preloaded. I started seeing 'Your copy of Windows is not genuine' messages about a month ago. I contacted Microsoft support and they did a remote login to try to fix it - I thought they had, but the message has come back. I ran "sfc /scannow" and it said there were corrupt files. I attached the MGAdiag log - the first thing I noticed is the product key listed does not match up with the product key on the laptop. I don't know if this was changed by the Microsoft tech or if something else is going on. Thanks!

You need to get back in touch with MS - there are a large number of file Mismatches present in the report. The fact that the Key is different to the one on your sticker is normal - the Key here is the one issued to Alienware for OEM installs - your Key is for 'emergencies'. Unfortunately using your Key would not be a solution in this instance.
