Enable new process driven forms RRS feed

  • Hi.

    I have succesfully installed the Rollup 12 on my CRM 2011 on premise.

    Now I want to enable the new "process driven forms" for accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities.

    The online documentation says that to enable them, I have to go in Settings>Administration>Product Updates and then, in the page click on the "Update" button.

    The problem is that when I click on "Product Updates", the page don't display what I expect but only a page that force the Subscription to the "Microsoft CRM Updates" newsletter, and even if activate the Subscription, the page remain blank.

    Is there any other method to enable the "process driven forms"?

  • The new Process forms are only available for Online customers until the next major update - then On Premise customers are expected to see them.

    I was a little bit confused on what is available for Online and what for the on premise.
