Using CRM 2013, is it possible to set up a process where the user can click a button to automatically submit the contents of the case as an article upon case resolution? If this is possible, would you please give me some ideas on how to accomplish this,

Thank you so much for your reply! Customizing CRM is very new to us (me!). Is this what is considered a "plugin" for CRM? So to research how to do this I should use keywords such as "CRM plugin"? Thanks again!
