Email Activity with attachment through Html page in mscrm 2011

  Dear all;

  i have a custom button  on the click of a button an html page come up on that html page i have a button which creates an email activity with an attachment of ssrs fetch xml report that html page convert that report to an excel file and attach it with the email sometime that works file with no problem but sometime when the email activity window come up it shows me thet attachment but when i refresh the attachment grid the attachment goes off it is kind of wired but that is happening
