For information about updates : My HP G60-443cl notebook is running Windows 10 Pro. Update KB4013429 causes video to move in slow motion with no audio. I have disabled Windows Update in Services.

I suggest you to write a note in the Microsoft Support page for the KB4013429 update (it could be useful for other users) and to report this issue to HP too.
