[SOLVED] Is ICE Still Available (April 2014) RRS feed

    For some reason, you cannot access the ICE Homepage with the Google Chrome browser.  Using Internet Explorer presented no problems.  I found this phenomenon very interesting...

    Is Image Composite Editor still available.  All of the links I have found to its home page or download page are broken.  I did find the following blog link that IS working:

    On that page, there are links to the home page and download, but they are broken.  I found an FAQ in the Image Compositor Forum on social.microsoft.com, but links in there are broken also.

    I also note little or no forum activity anywhere after about 2012.

    Is there a legitimate place to obtain ICE 1.4.4 released 26 May 2011?

    Hi, Dave, 

    I use Chrome and ICE all the time, but the URL is too long for me to bother memorizing so some time ago I created two different short URLs: 
    bit.ly/microsoftice or bit.ly/msrice I'm typing this reply in Chrome and both of them work fine for me and have for years.

    Let me know if they don't work for you.

    Thanks for that Nathanael.  I hadn't heard of the bitly service, but it sounds interesting.  Unfortunately, in this case at least, neither link works (for me) from Chrome.  Its no problem however, since I just used IE temporarily and found ICE and am now ICE-capable.
