    I have MS office 2007 on my laptop, However the publisher seems to be botched and keeps asking me for a key to unlock it even though I am positive that it is not just a trial version, Anyone know what I can do to unlock the code?

Click "Run" several times to download and start the Utility.  When asked, click the "Continue" button.  When the utility completes its run, click the "Copy" button, then come back here and paste the report into your post.
