Renew issues RRS feed

  • Question

  • Seems many have the same problem, can;t get the machine to take our money or renew subscription.

I have tried countless times to renew and made progress but this is redickulious. If my business were run this way I would'nt have a business. No billing accounts keeps comming up, and try again later. I give up. Guess Bill Gates has enought money.

  • If it tells you No Billing Accounts, then you are likely not using the correct LiveID for your subscription.

If you have confirmed that it is the correct LiveID, and it still fails, please contact support.

  • I am having the same problem and am soooooooo frustrated!!!!!!  I keep getting "No billing accounts" as well.  I've been looking for over an hour just to get to the renewal info to STOP my automatic renewal.  This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced on a website!  And microsoft no less!  AGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I couldn't even find a place to email them for help!  I kept getting stuck in loops and on, and on, and on.  Time is too precious to waste on something so stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Can you tell I'm pissed?!  And it takes a lot to piss me off!!  Hopefully they will answer my email, now that I finally figured out at least THAT much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Needless to say, there should be a phone number for when all else fails...and ALL ELSE DEFINITELY FAILED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Open OneCare and click on Help/About. The Subscription ID is the LiveID you used to create your subscription and the one you need to use to view your Billing account. However, you need to contact support to cancel your subscription renewal. Note that if you call too early, the subscription is likely to be cancelled immediately, not just the renewal.
