     I CANNOT ACCESS LINKS TO INTERNET EXPLORER FROM OUTLOOK EXPRESS OR
    ANY EXISTING SITE. I HAVE TO COPY AND PASTE ADDRESSES INTO THE BROWSER.
    CAN YOU HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?   THANK YOU, G.S.

    You probably have a corrupted install.  Try running Windows XP install in repair mode.
