IFD tool failing to run

I just downloaded the IFD tool, but it is not working.

Executing the file immediately returns with "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 IFD Configuration Tool has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience...". This is on a Win2k3 sp2 server.

the error reports show:

EventType : clr20r3     P1 : crm4ifdtool.exe     P2 : 4.0.0.0     P3 : 47a37e15
P4 : crm4ifdtool     P5 : 4.0.0.0     P6 : 47a37e15     P7 : 78     P8 : 0
P9 : system.io.filenotfoundexception

I've tried running this tool on many different manchines here - servers, workstations, etc, and they all return the same exact error.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there just a manual guide to the configuration settings this tools makes - I'll just set those myself if need be.

If you have a look the deployment document, you will notice the tool needs to run from a specific folder.

Should anyone stumble to this thread and want a quick answer to this question:

The tool needs to be run from the 'Tools' folder.

For example -> C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Tools (Put the .exe there and run it)
