Hi, Below is the diagnostic requested. I had a terrible rootkit virus, I deleted it and set avast to scan at reboot but after the scan, I tried to log back in, I wasnt allowed because it said a change has been made, and i cant even access the start menu. PLs help, I am so tired of computer problems, for a second there I was happy to get rid of the virus only for this to happen.

You should also scan your system using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - do NOT enable the resident scanner when you install it)
