    has tried to install over 40 times and wull not install

    I tried to get help with this update too and nothing seems to work..I tried that stupid Update solution and that didnt do anything...

    If you use the "Contacts" link on the Microsoft Update Solution Center site you can get e-mail support for your issue and there is also a link to a Windows Update newsgroup which may be helpful.
