You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may be able to seek help from support for Windows Live Alerts here:

I have the answer for you and all the rest out there having the same problem as us.
Go to: http://www.gowindowslive.com/Mobile/Landing/Home/Default.aspx?Locale=en-US
Click: SMS Services
Click: Sign up
Enter your information and wait for the code to show up on your phone.
Enter the code into the box on the registration form
go to "Quite Times"
From the drop down window select everyday
enter a time like 5:00 pm to 4:45pm
make sure that the radio button is clicked that says to delete the notification that are not sent. It should already be clicked.
This worked for me, I tested it all last week and I have not received anymore of those annoying text.

It was really helpful to find this cuz I'm getting all those texts too but when I go in to enter a time, I won't let me range it that far down.. Message: - We're sorry. The time range specified for quiet hours is too long. Please specify a day and time range that is less than 24 hours for each day of the week.
So I'm still getting all those crazy text and I was wondering if you knew another way to stop them. Thanks, Kimberly

I have the exact step by step method at home, I will get it back to you later today.
Make sure that there is that 15 min time span between the two hours. You can only go for 23 hours and 45 mins on the time not a full 24.
Also make sure that you click that radio button that discards the messages.

That worked! Thank you dj jd. Just so everyone knows it didn't say "Live Alerts" on the page (probably updated), it's under the tab that says "More", click "Alerts", sign in, and then like he says just click Delete next to your telephone number.

This is what I was told to do by T Mobile
when you get the text message hit reply type the word STOP then you need to edit who your replying to send the word STOP to 46676
you will right away receive a text message back saying--- Microsoft: No further links will be provided unless user initiates from web site (Windows Live)
This worked for me Please pass this on
