  • I have a subscription for One Care for one year, which is due to expire in August. For the last two weeks in March a problem that occured with One Care shutting down and not fully loading to my computer. I had to reinstall One Care twice and it would only do the Antivirus scan. Then all of a sudden the one symbol turned red and stated that my subscription had expired and I would need to pay an additional $49.95 to restart One Care. I would like to know why my subscription was cut short.

  • The most likely causes are your computer date and time are set incorrectly or after reinstalling One Care you didn't activate it. If your computer date and time are set correctly open One Care and if there is a "Subscribe" button select it and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to subscribe and One Care will activate.
